Public Apology and Correction - Enoch and Noah:

A researcher contacted us concerning a typo that our website had in one of the publications, one that was copied and pasted in a few places of the website without noticing. When describing the issues with William Branham's "rapture theology" by using a "five hundred year old" Enoch who "walked with Noah," the article used the word "died" instead of "translated" when describing Enoch.

The researcher demanded we withdraw the statement since it contradicted with the Bible text describing Enoch's translation. (Interestingly, they did not appear to be concerned with William Branham's disagreement with the Bible text listed immediately below in the publication.)

Regardless, this website still stands by our original statement: If you can find error in any of the articles, and can provide solid evidence supporting the correction, we will issue a public apology and either correct the text or remove the publication. Therefore:

We apologize for the typo. :)

The text has been updated, and has been expanded upon a bit further for clarity. Rather than use the word "died", we have updated to "translated", and have fully described the difference between William Branham's theology and the book of Genesis in the Bible. Our website has already been corrected, and updates to the digital formats will be available within 5-7 days.

The original text:

"Enoch died long before Noah."

The updated text:

"Enoch was translated into heaven after 365 years on the earth, long before Noah was born. To create his "rapture theology" using a contemporary Enoch and Noah, William Branham had to alter the Bible text."

Bible (365 years)

And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:
Genesis 5:22-23

William Branham's disagreement with the book of Genesis (500 years):

O God, may someday... the Church, which is a type of Enoch. Five hundred years he walked before God. Walking! Walking in the Light, with a testimony that "Everything God said, he did it." He didn't displease Him. What the Lord said do, Enoch done it. Now, he was a type, remember. The ark is a type of the Jews, the hundred and forty-four thousand that's carried over, which is Noah and his bunch; but Enoch went Home just a little bit before the flood. You know that. So Enoch just kept walking in the Light. So one day he felt his feet getting off the ground, he just kept walking, and he walked on into Glory without even dying. That's right. God took him away because he was walking in the Light, with a testimony that "he walked in the Light of God." Kept walking, walking.
