Jim Jones Identified As Leader In William Branham's "Message" Cult:

RESEARCH DATA VOLUME 5 DOWNLOAD NOW AVAILABLE:

In this volume, there is a surprise. Branham's associate and close friend, Rev. A. W. Rasmussen was the founder of the Pentecostal Sect "Independent Assemblies of God," which was created after Branham's 1947-1948 tour of Canada when the "Latter Rain" sect originated.

Those who have escaped Branham's "Message" cult are familiar with the name "Brother Rasmussen," along with "Brother Boze," as they were deeply tied to William Branham's ministry. Most of them are unaware that they were not part of Branham's main sect of the "Message," and that they were part of one of Branham's many spin-off cult's (also called "the Message".) This is largely because they continued to hold meetings as one united cult following of William Branham.

Quote:
I want to take this time to thank the cooperating ministers. And I speak for my manager, Mr. Sothmann, and for Mr. Rasmussen also, for Mr. Mercier, Mr. Goad, the tape artists, Billy Paul, and myself; that we certainly appreciate your fine cooperation and all that you have done.

Reverends Rasmussen and Boze jointly operated a church in Chicago, and were leaders of the Pentecostal sect that ordained the reverend Jim Jones into the ministry. During this time, William Branham was closely associated to the two ministers, and held several joint meetings with them. It should be no surprise that William Branham also helped launch Jim Jones' "healing ministry" at the Cadle Tabernacle in 1956.

Interestingly, the "Latter Rain" movement started in 1948, and boasted that they started at the very same time that Israel formed as a nation. Though William Branham's healing ministry appears to have started as early as 1944, and though current cult headquarters (Voice of God Recordings, Inc) claims a different year, Branham also boasted that his healing ministry started when Israel formed as a nation:

Quote:
And a strange thing of that, that you might not know, the very day the Angel of the Lord called me out, May the 6th, 1947, and issued the gift to pray for the sick, was the very same day that Israel become a nation for the first time for twenty-five hundred years. Oh, I believe there's something in it. I just can't keep from believing that we're near the end of time. That's right.

Many leaders in Branham's mind control cult claim that William Branham was not part of this "latter rain" sect, especially after so many destructive cults have spawned from its origination. Are cult leaders being honest with the people? Why do they fail to mention "Brother Rasmussen" and "Brother Boze?" Why do they fail to mention the infamous Reverend Jim Jones of Jonestown?
