From the FAQs page on themessage.com.:
"Do you think I'm lost because I'm a Catholic or a member of another denomination?
The Lord Jesus said, "Judge not, that ye be not judged." No man has the authority to judge salvation. Jesus also said, "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." So it doesn't matter if you are a Catholic, Baptist, or Pentecostal; if you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ then you will be saved."
According to William Branham?
56-0715 The Mark Of The Beast, para. 154:
Now, let the Spirit of God come in, come through the hearing of the Word. You heard it. That's the Bible. If you receive the mark of the beast, you're lost forever. If you receive the Seal of God you're sealed forever. And there's the two spirits is working.
65-0120 - Lean Not Unto Thy Own Understanding , para. 82:
And that's what it is, exactly. Denominationalism absolutely (I can prove it by the Bible) is the mark of the beast. "She was a whore; she had prostitute daughters." And we know that that is the Truth. Organized religion, it's contrary to the Word, and it's antichrist in its principles. Not everything in there is antichrist; but in its principles, it's system is antichrist, because it's against the Word of God. Every organized system is that way.
An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages - Chapter Ten - A Resume Of The Ages:
And that very same spirit and doctrine is right amongst all Protestants and it is called DENOMINATION. Nicolaitanism is organization, humanizing the leadership of the church, and thereby deposing the Spirit. Balaamism is denominationalism which takes the church manual instead of the Bible. And right to this hour, many of God's people are caught in the snare of denominationalism and God is crying to them, "Come out of her My people, lest ye be partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not her plagues." You see they are ignorant. But if the rapture should take place at this moment, ignorance would be no court of appeal from the judgment of God for being in the wrong ranks.
64-0319 - Calling Jesus On The Scene, para. 195:
And the world go right on just the same, people preaching, and people thinking they're getting saved, just exactly like they did in the days of Noah, so forth. Noah entered in the ark, and people went right on, and the world turning just the same. Think of it! And, Eternally lost, thinking they're saved.
To summarize: William Branham CLEARLY teaches that those in denominations CANNOT be saved unless they leave the 'antichrist' system. Those who receive the mark of the beast, he says, cannot be saved and are sealed to destruction. Those outside of the 'ark of safety' cannot be saved--ignorance is no excuse.
Therefore, the 'prophet' Voice of God is promoting teaches very emphatically that being in a denomination or being a Catholic does mean that you cannot be saved. It is only by coming out of that system that they can be Bride and saved as part of the elect.
